Interviews Updates

Long time since I last updated and probably that's because my mood was relatively down last week & there's nothing much interesting to write about. Was on half day leave on last Friday and went for two interviews- one at Company M & the other at Company L. Let's start with Company M. The interviewer didnt kept me waiting for more than 10 mins and the first question she asked was introduce yourself. Well, typical question and I doubt she is really listening to what Im talking about. Then the interview went on for another 1 hours plus and she was nice enough to offer me a bottle of mineral water (my throat was very dry after such a long talk). All in all, I like this company- they have given a very good first impression (professional image). Whether or not I get the job, Im very happy with myself for being so calm during the interview- kind of boast my confidence level when I thought that I can managed the interview at this company rather well.

I left the place at about 4.30pm and rushed all the way to Company L which is located at Orchard and the taxi fare totalled to S$10. I was about 10 mins late and the interviewer kept me waiting for more than 30 mins. Hello, I took cab with the intention to be punctual and yet she made me wait for so long? I dunno if it is like that for other interviews but having attended the first interview at Company M, this waiting cant be "forgiven". Ok, finally I got to see the two interviews at about 5.50pm and they were just looking for an assistant. The agency didnt told me that they were looking for an assistant and immediately I know that this interview is gonna be a gonecase coz I have lost interest in the job. Oh another point to note is that the staff at Company L look arrogant and snobbish. All female working environment and the first word that came to my mind is that "BITCHY". Overall, very bad impression of Company L and my friends are sure to hear me talking bad about this company heehee.. I stepped out of the place at about 6.15pm and being too tired, I cancelled my appointment with the gals and went home.

The two interviews really exhausted me and lesson learnt: dont arrange two interviews in a day. It's simplying too taxing for me. Old liao..

浑浑噩噩过日子

最近不知道怎么了,整个人处在一个"sian sian" 的状态。我是怎么了？可能是情绪波动,又可能是生活沉闷,又或着找不到方向,又也许我是身陷于"mid-twenties crisis"。 不知道啦。连自己都不懂为什么,又怎么可能会有人给我一个答案呢？

Travelling back to the past

Initially wanted to watch Helen, The Baby Fox yesterday but ended up watching "Click" at Jurong East Entertainment Center (JEEC). JEEC used to be my fav hangout place during my sec sch days and still remember going there almost everyday to loiter around. Was talking to SF the other day and she told me that she missed our Chinese Dance classes during sec sch days. Me too, I missed those days where we did silly things- "stalked" one good looking guy who I admired then, get his phone number, gave ourselves a very "Qiong Yao" styled name and hoping he doesnt know who we are. Haha, it's funny when I think back and must thanks SF for accompanying me to do such things. With her around, I can let my hair down and do things which I normally dont (e.g. the famousTequila pop) :p We cant turn back time & there's no re-take in life. Whatever decisions u made earlier lays the path of where u are heading to now. Dun regret any decisions made =)
